Since I cannot think of any other reasons as to why this would occur, we will have to schedule a remote assistance session. When we provide remote assistance, we use a program called TeamViewer to control your computer screen and troubleshoot and resolve the issue. If you would like to schedule a session with me, please send me a PM with a few days and times that work best for you. I will then let you know if any of the times work for me. Additionally, please install TeamViewer prior to our session so that we can get started immediately.
