Should've tried to kill a DE Koopa to really test it, lol.  Strange how this never happened to me when I switched the setting while using multiple accounts.  (That or I was using characters that would OHKO the desired targets anyway, lol)

if i had a de i could test it on then i would lol it dosnt always work but it does sometimes...
