I've must of back-tracked almost everywhere 2 times.  What exactly am I missing?

Also, I don't have a picture of this but there seems to be this seemingly unreachable blue Toad house in the Flower Fields that's surround by cliffs.  Is there a secret way to get there or is something I worry about for later?

One more thing.  I have this small key that was given to me by a Toad in the Mushroom Town.  Where am I suppose to use it, specifically? I've tried every mushroom house.

Thank-you.  Wink

For the area represented in the picture, try looking behind some objects in out-of-way places.

For the Toad House in Flower Hills, it's a secret to get there, so look around Smiley!

For the Small Key, look inside the Toad houses in Mushroom Town again; you'll get a message in the chatbox when you're on the right spot.

Good luck!

Guess I didn't look 'everywhere' good enough in the MK Path. And yes, me and Harry are playing this together.

Is the out of the way place the place that requires a hammer at the beginning of the path? Because we don't have the hammer needed to go there.

Nope, that's not it. As Kimimaru said, look behind objects in seemingly unimportant parts of the Mushroom Kingdom Path. You'll eventually get it if you search hard enough!

Edit: found it. Thanks for the hints all.
