I need to blow off some steam....
I missed DE for around six times now, I mostly keep to a so called time when it starts.... 12 am or 12 pm...
is it me or am i missing somthing that the event never tends to occur at those times...
maybe there is a new time for the event.... i don't know... if so i obviously neva got the memo...
can there be a strict time for when it happens please?

There is no time. However, it's set randomly between 12AM and 12PM. Most likely around 12.Every day the DE happens. You are just un lucky so you miss it

The Daily Event usually occurs at 12 PM Eastern; however, if the server gets put up late for whatever reason, we usually delay it for about an hour so that people have an opportunity to get on and enjoy the event.

It is actually supposed to happen, since we host another Daily Event at 12:00 A.M. Eastern for our international players.

It seems that Kimimaru usually forgets to put it up. If you want it at a consistent time, try to remind Kimimaru to put it up if you're online.
