unable to build on a stat and special attacks

I've leveled up my character several times, and have been unable to level up my health stat. I'm able to raise my stats such as attack and defense, but am unable to raise health. I believe it's the same for the FP too; however I haven't tried to raise that yet. Too worried about health. If the health was only meant to be boosted by badges, then I suggest that those stats be taken off the stat booster list when you level up. Also, I've been having some trouble using my special attacks. The only one as of now is the fireball, but I've tried everything to use it, and nothing happens. Also, this problem hasn't occurred lately, but it used to spit at me that it wasn't a pvp area, and no one would be in the area.

This is a glitch that was apparently fixed, but the problem persisted for me, as well. I'd try talking to kimi or hydra in-game.

We cannot see a logical reason for players not being able to level up HP or FP; however, we've changed the way the system works, so hopefully that will solve the issue in the next update. As for your special attacks, make sure you click on the player or NPC you want to target before using your special attack. You need to have some sort of target; otherwise, it will try targetting yourself.

Well the patch should help. Alright. It was annoying me that I couldn't use it. Thanks for the help.
