Found another one, with Kimi's hint:
Shroob Mushroom (Mushroom or S. Shroom + Purple Herb): A mushroom that highly resembles a Shroob. It heals 12 HP and replenishes 10 SP (Sell price = 30 coins)
EDIT: one more:
Stinky Herb (Rotten Herb + Purple Herb): A herb that smells downright horrendous. Heals 9 HP and restores 3 FP (Sell price = 18 coins.)

Fix'd. Apparently, one of the items makes the same recipe: a dried shroom makes a Fried Shroom. |

fixed again. If you went to check, Dried shrooms are dropped by Pokeys and another desert enemy, and they'd make the fried shroom. |

Lol, wouldn't that just be my luck. At any rate, I'll update the guide as soon as I get around to finishing the map, and probably after I level my UberYoshi character to 45. I already have all of the stats for the enemies (including DE Koopas), cards, and new items, to my knowledge. Altering the equips section may take a while, though... |
