Added all pertinent enemy SPEED values (save for DE Koopa's, due to their being hard-to-reach), as well as seperating the normal and turn-based battles' EXP given values. Feel free to tell me if any of those SPEED values seem wrong (a few may certainly be off by 1 SPEED), but make sure that you can conclusively back any changes up (Unless you're Kimi, in which case you can just edit the post outright).
