Defense Lift does? Hm, I'll double-check that, and some of the other boosts, then. Honestly, I'm not sure why heals/boosts/etc. are 1-range attacks, they're not desirable in PvP (with the possible exception of ATK-DEF Swap) and are a bit awkward to deal with when healing/boosting others.
EDIT: Yeah, and that appears to be the only one different. I'll correct that immediately.
