Added Stat Ratings to Equipment and Characters section. These are essentially tiers based on the stats of the equipment. Each 1.0 SR = 5 HP or FP, 1 ATK or DEF, 2 SPEED or STACHE, or 3% Crit. or Block Chance. Other things, however, like attack speed, coin drops, and range were not factored into these ratings, and should be considered.
Also, I updated the character tier list, but again, that doesn't mean all that much. The new Stat Ratings shed some quantifiable insight onto things, though; I believe Wario is easily better than Mario, one just has to focus on base DEF slightly more. Plus, he has a better heal move (0.90 HP/FP vs. 0.71, convenient interval), and a ranged weapon.
