To recognize the players who are devoted to playing SMBO, I created a 'Top Ten' list. I don't know who are the top ten level players in the game, so you can help out by posting a claim. Thank you.
The ties are broken accordingly by PvP.

1. Chaox
2. Jdaster64 (UberBuzzy, UberYoshi)
Ria also really enjoys the game, but he unfortunately doesn't go on too often. When he does, though, he stays on for a while and positively contributes to the community.

I think it should Be level first and in an event of a tie you should check who is the strongest player PVP Wise

Of current players, UberBuzzy (my second character), Chaox, and Amanda are the only three maxed, in that order. I've never played PvP due to technical constraints on my end, so I'm fine with second if that's how you're going to break ties.
If you're including past players, SHADERS and WaddleDoo are the only two others I remember hitting level twenty (the former was 25, and the latter 21, I believe). Not sure who else would qualify of the current players, as there are several between levels 15 and 20.

Standard procedure would be to use the same number, i.e. something like the following:
1: Chaox
2: Amanda
2: UberBuzzy
4: (name)
and so forth.
