When I try to launch the game, it says tabctl32.ocx, but it's there when I check the data folder. My game is fully updated, any help?

Try this thread:

You probably haven't successfully registered the files into your computer, even though they're there. If you're using windows 7 or vista as your operating system then you need to run the windows7/vista fix.

How do you register it? Also, when I try installing the vista and 7 fix it says "C:\windows\system32\RICHTX32.DEP is not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support." It says the same thing after that, except with richtx32.oca, so I don't know if this has to do with anything, but thought I would say that. But, it still doesn't work after I run the windows 7/vista fix...

EDIT: after running the 7/vista fix as an administrator, it seems to work. The tabctl32 error still comes up, but I can play the game.

Hello flippystar! You can consult the enclosed Bugs & Errors List packaged with the game regarding error messages you may come across. It also gives instructions for registering any dll or ocx files. If registering them does not fix it or if you have any further questions about the Bugs & Errors List, then don't hesitate to ask more questions. I hope you get everything working!
