my idea is to add the ability to do more damage by pressing the button at the right time
this idea came to my mind playing paper mario star sticker when you use an attack can improve the lamellas take the button at the right time and do more harm was thinking of doing the same thing with super mario bros online

I believe you're referring to Action Commands found in all the Mario RPG games. We had them planned but couldn't get them done because hydra and I were leaving for college and didn't have too much time to work on SMBO since.
