Resolved the issue for MarioMan564 by downloading the Windows Vista & 7 Fix from the SMBO website. After the download completed, I extracted the .RAR file, and right-clicked on the Windows Vista & 7 Fix.exe file and unblocked it. After that, I ran the file as an administrator, and SMBO now works!

hydrakiller4000 and I use Windows 8 and the game runs fine for us. What error are you getting when running the game?

I also have windows 8 and im getting runtime error 339.how can I fix it?also I used the patcher and the file that says click me before you start the game.and it says about the runtime error"Component 'VBMP.ocx' or one dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid."
