1: Beans, yes. I can see adding them IF they are not able to be mined (Gotten repeatedly and abused).
2: Blue Gnarlantula, according to Kimi, exists somewhere. Go find it.
3: Lolwut? We don't have enough FP Plus's already?
4: Red Shell? Oh yeah. Lazy Shell. I'd say yes to that, but only if the armor Lazy Shell was added too. That way we had some homage to Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars.
Here are some of my own suggestions.
1: Bowser as a Boss Battle, or a Hidden Boss. Even an Event would do nicely.
2: Boss Rush as an event. I mean, come on. How many players can beeline through all the bosses without a single rest?
3: May require alot of coding but bear with me.
3.1: Turn-Based PvP Arena's.
3.2: If players are in a party with Turn-Based active, they fight the same enemy in PvP.
4: Moar classes. (My offer to do spriting and Paperdolls for them still stands.) Like Baby Class, or even Koopaling Class.
5: Boshi may agree with this one. Clan/Guild/Group Events.
6: Legendary Equipment Drops. Some that can be used by all classes. Example would be a Coconutter Helmet or a Koopa Shell Armor. Or even the accessories from Mario and Luigi: Superstar Saga, like the Cobalt Necktie that doubles Stache Points.
7: All-Class Earned Skills, like Spin Jump, or D-Down Pound.
8: A Badge that doubles the chances of recieving an item after battle.
9: Hidden Blocks. The only way to see them, is by equipping a special badge, and by standing in a specific spot, like when looking for Mushroom Balls, and waiting for something to tell you that something is hidden there.
10: This was included in the basic Eclipse Package, but a Mail System for players to mail each other with.
11: Player Houses And/Or Clan/Guild/Group Bases.
12: Just an Overcrowding Prevention Suggestion, but perhaps Clan/Guild/Group creation needs to be limited to a specific number.
13: Increased Level Caps.
14: Tag Areas. By this I mean maps/locations that require at least two players to get through, usually consisting of locked doors and Pressure Panels.
15: Finally, Player Race Courses. Similiar to Mario Kart, where you have to race players around specific courses. (Should require at least 3-4 players)
Thats all done. And on a side note, my hands hurt from all this typing ^_^"

Okay, I'm known as Yoshinator on SMBO. Thats me in the screenshot. Anyways, we had a plan to make an item with Cake Mix and a Dizzy Dial to "Suicide Warp" Boshi to the Respawn Point. Then he discovered Red Cherries as a Spawn Point there. So, I got this crazy idea and used my Orange Bob-Omb on the wall. Sure enough, it OPENED! So the glitch wasn't a glitch. It was actually a secret spawn point for Red Cherries.
However, I also discovered that you CAN get trapped in there. Your Orange Bob-Omb won't open it from the inside, so be VERY careful.
Other than that, have fun knowing this new secret XD
