the mini-shroom effect of attk decreasing and avoiding was good  but max hp 1 was too low. how about 5 instead of 1?
5 could work, limits permitting.

Poison Shroom: You can't throw items yet, and status ailments are non-existant at the moment as well. Let's say it lowers your ATK by half for a few seconds.

Heal Shroom: Would have to be super rare, not very rare.

Stone Shroom: How about this for an effect: You are invulnerable to most attacks, but are unable to move or attack for 30 seconds. Also, you are labelled a PvP target and anyone can attack you outside of PvP maps. (Wario Ram, his R/C Bob-Ombs, and Waluigi's Mini Bob-Omb would penetrate the layer, meaning they'd have more use to discourage players from using this shroom. Also, a Weak Bob-Omb can shatter it early and deal low-moderate damage to the player.)

Ice Flower: Effect should be: You take double-damage from Fire attacks, but your Attack shoots up greatly for 30 seconds. You'll be labelled a PvP target, however.

Rainbow Star: Effect should be: Attack is 4x in non-PvP, and +(Level/10) in PvP.

Mini-shroom: Effect should be: Attacks are avoided 90% of the time, but your max HP is 1 until you die. Your Attack is also decreased.

Mega-shroom: Effect should be: Attack and Defence are +(Level/7) for 30 seconds, but you'll become a PvP target.

Poison Trapshroom: Don't see a problem here.

Toy Hammer: Effect COULD be: Raises Attack by ((Level/10)+1).

POW Block: Effect COULD be: Damages all on-map enemies by ((Level+Attack)/9)

Those are what the effects could/should be, in my opinion.

Description: A glove with ash and cinders imbued in the palm, causing more damage.
Ranged Weapon?: Can be if you wish, with a range of 2 tiles between enemy position and your position. Otherwise, it's a melee weapon.
Stat Changes:
HP/FP/SP: 0/5/0
Attack: +1
Defence: 0
Speed: 0
Stache: 0
Base Price: 490

Luigi:

Weapon Name: Thunder Glove
Description: Similar to the his brother's Fire Glove. Imbued with copper and zinc.
Ranged Weapon?: Again, can be if you wish. Range is 5 tiles between positions with limited ammo. Otherwise, it's for melee. (This and what's above can be either or. That depends on the dev's decision.)

HP/FP/SP: 0/0/1
Attack: +1
Defence: 0
Speed: +1
Stache: 0
Base Price: 550

Wario:

Weapon Name: Magnet
Description: Haven't thought of one.
Ranged Weapon?: No

Waluigi:

Weapon Name: Pea Shooter
Description: Shoot this to annoy your enemies.

Yoshi:

Weapon Name: Shy Guy Stilt
Description: Yoshi's too big to stand on one of these. might as well poke someone with it.
