Title: Runtime Error 339 (Followed fix instructions but it didn't work)

Hello I'm new here and I registered because there ist an error by starting SMBO(
Run-Time Error: 339 - Component VBMP.ocx or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid).I opened it then i opened the bug list and followed instructions ,then I started and it Said
Run-Time Error: 339 - Component VBMP.ocx or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid What is Wrong? :(

Did you follow these instructions? Your error is a relatively common one so this should hopefully fix it:

but the error is still there even though I followed all :-\

I tried that too but it didnt work :(
