What antivirus are you using?

Maybe there's a way to say to ignore the single program which is the game, so that you can play while still keeping the antivirus on.

If it's avast, you might first get a window showing it to scan then it will tell you if you want to run it or to dismiss the program and if it has the option of sandbox mode, don't put it there or else you wont be able to connect with the internet.
