I don't think all of the rules were broken in this case, but some of them were broken extensively. If four staff members had taken action against your account then I think it means something. I personally don't think this case should be appealed, but I'd like some of the staff's insight on this matter.

Staff's insight??  Penguin warned me, then muted me, then banned me, u banned me a few times :P, hydra just warned me 1 time, chaox...i dont remember or i think he didnt do any action but like kimi like i really wanna play agaiiiiiiiin

Sorry for being late on our insight. Per urgings from other people, I will post this summary of our opinions:

Unfortunately, Cop7000, we feel as though you've been given way too many chances of starting over without breaking the rules, and that simply saying that you won't break them anymore doesn't really cut it. Even though you could get angry and rage sometimes, it is important to learn that you should control this, at least to an extent of not using inappropriate langauge. When you're angry, you take it too far and/or disregard warnings made by staff members. Even if you realize what you did is terribly wrong, we feel that you should be banned from SMBO for fear of disruption and bad influence of the SMBO community.

There's no point trying to hide your identity, cop7000; and, by the way, replying with a "looooooooool" at a post just proves that it's a fake identity you're currently using.

Oh sweet Tyr, is he STILL trying to appeal a ban that will never be appealed since he's trying to evade it? Seriously, get over yourself, Cop7000. The staff has more important things to do than chase you down everytime you paint the forum topics with spam graffiti. Honestly, I'm getting tired of having to report you every time I see you, and I'm pretty sure Kimimaru is annoyed that he has to take time away from both the SMBO Update, AND his class work just to reban you from both the Forum and SMBO.

Seriously, if you have enough spare time to change your IP to evade ban, why don't you just use that time to better yourself? Then MAYBE you will come under consideration at the very least of being unbanned.

Please don't necropost, especially with unrelated comments. I wouldn't call cop7000 a noob because he doesn't break the rules anymore, accepts the decision nicely, and hasn't done anything bad for a good length of time.
