Title: WAM Glitches
Post by: Penguin4478 on August 16, 2012, 02:28:49 pm
When my cousin and I were playing, we came across 2 glitches:
1. For some reason, instead of the monty moles respawning and resetting periodically, they started respawning about every half second, making it impossible to hit them
2. I scored 80 points, then I got the message that said "Congratulations, you've scored atleast 85 points in WAM!"

To be honest, I ran into this glitch a few year's ago. All I can say is that you stay in one spot and hope you nail abunch.

Yeah, that glitch happens sometimes. Also we reduced the number of points you need to get Experience Point Plus from 85 to 80 but forgot to change the message after the game.

During the creation of WAM, we re-coded the entire timer system from scratch. Had we not re-coded it, if someone else played a game of WAM at the same time as you, it would've completely messed up your current game in unpredictable ways (as seen through our tests). So, we re-did the timer system, and it works very well for everything. However, it seems to have a small issue with WAM, but my suspicions are that this glitch is based on lag and other factors, not necessarily the actual timer system itself.

Timer system? Sounds confusing.. Isn't a vb timer just.. a timer? Lol
