They are all your genealogy info downloaded into a lil file. You either take that file & reupload it to a site like Tribal Pages. Or you download a computer program to read it with. One thing you can use (free) is PAF 5 - http://www.familysearch.org/eng/paf/pafonline.asp.

I will likely upload our GEDCOM file to the family gallery. But it contains La Force/LeFors/LeForce, Cox, Jones, Miller, Henderson & Cue info too...not to mention a bunch of other stuff. I would recommend editing it with PAF 5 & deleting any sides you don't want before uploading it to a tree. I also recommend uploading it to an empty tree because when you upload GEDCOM files it deletes whatever's already in there.
