but acc'd to will he leaves something to daughter Mary Smith.  Grandson John Graves.  And daughter Mary Graves.  I can't imagine having 2 daughters named Mary.  I think Mary Smith was Mary Graves til that husband died then she became Smith.  And I think daughter Mary Graves may be granddaughter.
