Since Elijah evidently only had one daughter & he links to her I'm not going to start a separate thread for him.  But James H. played rabbit so he'll get his own.

I don't remember who told me where he was buried but they was wrong.  I did a photo request & somebody came back & said he wasn't there.  They also gave me an email address of someone to contact so I did.  This person said he's not in their county.  I took him out of the cemetery but forgot to delete the photo request.

Someone contacted me today & said: When I check your photo request for Mount Moncier, the 'map' link is broken. Where (to the best of your knowledge) is he buried? I know of 2 cemetaries of that vintage (1814) in the Portsmouth area, the one at the Naval Hospital and at Trinity Episcopal, he isn't listed at either one of those. And Cedar Grove (the next cemetary founded) started burials in 1832, he's not listed there either.
There were churchyard burials at the old Monumental Methodist church, and at St. Paul's Catholic church, but most of those records are gone. Can you furnish anything which could narrow the search down?

Any help would be most appreciated. Smiley
