has anyone seen that they are changing the Discover Dolls venue for next year... it will be in Brendwood Essex!!! it says on the site that is is for 'easy access and reachable location' for who??!! it has gotta be the worst possible location next to central london.. east of the m25... hell.. i dont call that a 'reachable location' i think this is going to put a lot of people off? or maybe its just me but somewere more central to the south ie swindon maybe a bit better? I'm well dissapointed as that will be a no goer for me from now on  Cry

Dont think I would be able to travel much further down than Peterborough, shame if it moves, I was hoping for the Manchester one again this year but it never appeared xx

yeah we could do with really big one up here ..manchester or liverpool would be great.....all seem to be smaller venues here....daft when there are airports and train stations at both city locations....so great access for everyone and its the middle of the uk so bit more accessible from both ends of the country...be great to have something central hugs ali x LOVe

Hi Ladies,
Following rumours that the Discover Dolls June 2012 show would be held elsewhere, Cathy has asked me to set the record straight that it WILL and IS going ahead at Peterborough , as always.... It will be held on Saturday 9th & Sunday 10th June, Thank you x x

I had over 5 hours drive EACH WAY last year to Manchester.
Nearly everyone I spoke to had travelled some distance. There
did not appear to be many local to Manchester there at all.
Probably why there will not be another one.

If I drove to Peterborough it would take me 9 hours each way so would have to stay overnight - making it a very expensive outing.   LOVe May xx
