Meal at Manchester on Saturday 7th August.

We will be having a formal meal at the hotel at Manchester on Saturday the 7th August, it won't be the awards I was hoping to do, as I just have not had the time to invest in them that I ghad hoped, so hopefully these will be launched next year.
This will just be a meal, with a raffle, and probably some games and stuff afterwards.
As yet I am not sure what time it will be but I imagine it will be about 7ish.
The hotel have sent me the menu, but I have to get them to ammend it today as there is no veggi option in the main courses. At the moment I will just put "veggie option" down and will add the actual details later today.

I will need your booking complete with payment and menu choice by Wednesday next week, and will need numbers asap.

The menu is as follows:

Starter
A Rosette of Smoked Salmon and Cottage Cheese with Lemon and Mixed Leaves
Wafers of Smoked Chicken served on baby salad leaves, tossed with Apple Croutons and a blue Caesar Dressing
Grilled Goats Cheese served on Fruit and Nut Bread with a Spiced Pear Chutney

Mains
Slow Roast Leg of Lamb, Thyme Roasted Potatoes, Glazed carrots, greens and a Roast Garlic Sauce
Seared Salmon Fillet with wilted Greens, pesto potatoes and a tarragon butter sauce
Pan Fried Medallions of Pork Fillet, Honey roasted Vegetables, Champ Potatoes and a scrumpy and Apple Sauce

Desserts
Individual Fresh Fruit Pavlova with Strawberry Syrup
Warm Cherry Bakewell Tart with Vanilla Ice Cream
White Chocolate Cheesecake With a dark Chocolate and Orange Sauce

If anyone has any special requirements, the hotel are really helpful and I am sure they will be able to accomodate.

The cost of the meal is £25 a head. Please note that as this is actual cost, any paypal payments will need to be made as a gift, or with the fees covered so I don't lose money!
